We are seeking a highly experienced Midlevel (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to become a new-member of our dedicated clinical team.

Work Location: Amarillo, TX (In-Person)

Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday)

Compensation: Base salary starting at $90,000 with the potential to earn quarterly bonuses dependent on performance.

Job Summary:

The NP or PA will be a licensed specialist and member of our team who is responsible for seeing and managing patients for Interventional Pain Management. The NP/PA is required to adhere to State and Federal rules, regulations, and standards of care. This includes, but is not limited to:

● Assessing patients and evaluate their medical records
● Diagnosing health conditions and illnesses
● Creating an interventional pain management plan of care and/or treatment plan, that includes ordering imaging, PT, injections, etc.
● Evaluating patient’s progress and/or status
● Promote good health practices
● Collaborate with physician, nurse practitioners/physician assistants, nurses and medical staff to create positive work environment
● Leadership role within clinic with encouragement to come up with ideas for growth and creativity for the practice

● Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to workwith minimal supervision.
● Implements good judgment, and critical thinking appropriate to the situation.
● Often might need to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
● Current demonstrated clinical proficiency.
● Ability to establish and maintain courteous and cooperative relations with patients and other users of the practice.

● Ability to maintain a compassionate and friendly disposition with all patients and staff members.

Job Requirements:

● Texas NP or PA License
● DEA license
● NPI number
● Current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
● Multi-tasking and strong computer skills
● Ability to think independently and make sound decisions

Job Type: Full-time; No weekends
